With
Nine years experience in the gourmet coffee industry, Evies
Simply Coffee employees have worked in all levels of coffee
roasting, wholesaling, custom blending, and retailing. We are
small batch roasters that pay particular attention to the
freshness of our coffee.
Evie’s Simply Coffee roasts
and custom blends coffees for many of the finest restaurants
In Sonora and throughout the state. We provide coffee to
coffee stores and restaurants who have had their product voted
for Evie’s Simply Coffee for the last seven years.
The
development of the coffee’s flavor is the roaster’s craft. At
Evies Simply Coffee, we carefully develop the coffee oils to
pyrolysis (the chemical change that brings out the coffee’s
flavor). We do roasts of varying degrees to best enhance the
particular coffee we are roasting. We use a Vienna Roast or
medium roast (agtron number 48 ) as our standard, but have
many coffees available in darkerroast like Espresso, Italian
Roast or French Roast.
Choose between our full variety
of Mexican grown coffees or our own unique blends utilizing
the wide range of flavor characteristics of fresh roasted of
the finest coffees from Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Nayarit,or
Puebla and so many other popular places from Mexico where they
produce only the best coffee beans groing on the mountains up
or more than 1200 mts sea level.
